Emerging from a distant trembling, Hiding steadily gains momentum with its deep rumble echoing the inevitable instability of a virtually infinite state of collapse. Breaking free from its noisy, turbulent beginnings, the title track´s sorrowful pad finds space to breathe, deeply exhaling as dry kicks enter, revealing order in their persisting mechanical rhythm. In New Build, /||\||\ arranges waves of distortion and mounting cycles of blissful synths, driving forward with similar grit and form of its predecessor. Enduring slow cycles of grinding builds and spacious deconstruction, the conceptual trajectory of the two pieces address themes of isolation and perseverance as they may intertwine with the increasingly unpredictable stages of our digitization.
